| KC State Golf Tournament | 13-Jun-11 |
| The annual State Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13 at Northern Links golf course (just north of I90 on Cliff Ave.). Due to the great turnout last year, there will be two tee times, 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Registration begins ½ hour prior to tee off. The tournament will be a shotgun start. The entry fee is $40 per golfer, which includes nine holes of golf, cart, steak dinner and a door prize. Proceeds will go to the Banquet of Sioux Falls, St. Francis House, South Dakota VA Hospital and South Dakota KC Disaster Fund. You do not need to be a member of the Knights of Columbus to attend this fun, charitable event. | The Sioux Empire Fair is coming again August 9th thru 14th. Make plans to help at the Knights of Columbus Bingo Tent. Funds raised are distributed to Sioux Falls Councils according to the hours manned by Knights from each council. Support the Marquette Council by participating in a two-hour shift one afternoon or evening at the tent. To volunteer, call mark Finnegan at 370-9407. | |
